Create a company profile and registration on Safeguard-Me for free.
Register all your staff member to create profiles
Onboard your entire team for free and, using their email address, they'll be instantly notified to download our App.
Staff members download our app and complete their profiles
Once the team member has downloaded the app, they use their bespoke Passport number to log in and complete their profile and upload up to 5 documents free eg DBS, Qualifications etc.
Admin team review their passport details
As soon as any documents are uploaded the admin team are instantly notified, enabling you to review them and finalise any requirements before confirming their profile is complete.

Create a free account, add your organisation details, and invite staff or volunteers to add their documents in just a few clicks using the app.
Staff and volunteers securely upload documents—such as DBS certificates, ID, and qualifications—directly through the app using their mobile device. Digital ID Screening is only available with a Safeguard-Me Passport
ID checks are verified digitally if you apply a verification credit. All other checks are carried about by your organisation admins. The platform guides admins through each required step, ensuring nothing is missed.
Once fully verified, with a verification credit, a staff member or volunteer's digital Passport turns green, showing their safeguarding status and credentials are up to date. Passports can be shared instantly with multiple teams or organisations. Without a verification credit you can still view, update and amend profiles for all your team via your dashboard
The app uses bank-level encryption and strict access controls. Only professional emails are accepted, and all data is GDPR compliant.

The app is completely free for all team members. Team members can create a core profile which you can view on your dashboard. At any time you can add a verification credit (£19.99) which enables them to complete the digital ID&V process, add unlimited documents and share their fully verified Safeguard-Me Passport. Once complete their Safeguard-Me Passport turns green showing they're fully verified.
