How to create a Safeguard-Me dashboard
It is the intended result of the complete process of presentation of textual material in order to communicate meaning.
Step 1: Create administrator account
Create your free organisation profile with your work email address and a secure password.
Set up your Two-Factor Authentication, add some basic information about your organisation and you're ready to create you first free profile or bulk upload all your team.

Step 2: Register all your team for free
Add a team member individually by selecting 'Passports' then 'My Passports' in the left hand nav.
Select 'Create New' and enter their:

Profile Creation
Once complete you can see the profiles on your dashboard in the 'Onboarding' section. You can now edit the profiles job title, qualifications etc and add verification credits to staff members you want to create a fully verified Passport for.
Step 3: Verify documents
When your team member has uploaded their documents you're alerted so you can now verify these, which is automatically recorded, in the 'Screening' section
All the incomplete elements of their profile are shown in the left hand nav for you to complete.
Top tip: Don't forget to set reminders so you know when various documents or qualifications run out.

Verify Profiles
Each time you complete a task it will turn from Amber to Green and when they're all complete, and you unlock the full Safeguard-Me passport features, their passport in the app also turns Green and you can start to share the Safeguard-Me Passport with clients
